Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 5, 2025

1. Services Provided

Diamond Pressure Washing provides professional mobile, on-site exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• House, Roof, and Soft Washing
• Fleet Washing
• Driveway and Walkway Cleaning
• Patio, Deck, Fence, and Paver Cleaning

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and geographic service area limitations.

2. Appointments & Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online booking.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, credit cards, and select digital payment methods
• A processing fee may apply to credit card transactions

Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will incur a cancellation fee of $40
• No-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Service Conditions & Limitations

Services are performed at the customer’s property in accessible outdoor areas. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to all areas requiring service.

We reserve the right to refuse or delay service if:

• Conditions are unsafe (weather, environmental hazards, or surface condition)
• Areas to be serviced are inaccessible or present a safety hazard
• The presence of animals, nesting, or other biohazards is observed on the property

Diamond Pressure Washing is not responsible for failures or damages resulting from pre-existing surface issues, lack of prior maintenance, or surfaces not suited for pressure or soft washing.

5. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work.

• If you experience an issue directly related to a service we performed, you must contact us within 7 days of the service date
• Warranty claims are limited to the scope of the original service provided

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Diamond Pressure Washing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
